Q: How many days does it take to receive an instrument from the moment it is shipped from your store?
A: It depends on your location, but approximately 7 to 10 days.
Q: Why have I not received an email confirming my order?
A: If you do not get a confirmation email from us shortly, please verify the content of your junk email box before contacting us. If you did not get the confirmation email from us because a mistake was made when entering your email address, please contact us and include the correct email address.
Q: Which shipping company do you use?
A: We ship instruments via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service). The national postal service of your country will handle the package when it gets there. We will send you a tracking number that will allow you track your package using the WEB tracking service of Japan Post.
Q: How well is the instrument packed and will it get here safely?
A: We do pack the instrument with care using our own packaging material for extra protection. Every instrument shipped includes a shipping insurance that protects you from any type of damage or accident related to the shipping process. If such an unlikely event would happen, we will replace the instrument by a new one or make a full refund that would include the shipping cost.
Q: Can I return or exchange a product I just received?
A: An instrument ordered from our stock and not already shipped can be cancelled. If you do not receive the model you ordered or if the instrument is defective, please contact us within 3 days after the reception of the product and we will accept a return for exchange or refund. Custom order and special order deposits will not be refunded. We will do everything thing that is possible to help you.
